This book was great! This book tells a story about when one boy and girl say that they are better than eachother.
They make everyone in the school play the no talking game.
They all agreed that if a teacher or parent asks you a question you have to it in three words or less.this contest went on for a while!

No Talking is about these kids that have a competition on whoever talks loses. The boys/girls get one point and at the end nobody won because a boy and a girl both started talking.

This book was rad! I was very excied to find out who won and who lost. This was one of my favorite books. This book is about a competition
which nobody can talk(boys vs girls) and if a parent or teacher talks to you you can only say three words.
Read the book to find out who won and who lost.

I liked this book because it was a cool idea the kids had of not talking.
Everybody in the school did it. They agreed that if a tacher or a parent
asked them a question, they had to use 3 words or less. I thoght that part was cool too!
I thoght this was a great book!

Andrew Clements has done it again. How can a grown-up know so much about what it feels like to be a 5th grader! In this book, you feel like you are a part of the action. The boys and girls make a bet to see who can keep quiet the longest! It is the most difficult thing to do! It sounds easy at first, but the pressure really escalates when their teachers find out! Read this amazing book to see how they communicate with their teachers AND each other, without talking! A 2009 Battle of the Books selection at Kilmer School!
