My favorite character is either Griffin or Savannah Drysdale. I like Savannah because she is a lot like me. I like Griffin because he seems very creative and adventurous.

This book was a 2009 Battle of the Books selection at Kilmer school and was extremely popular! It's about a boy who discovers a valuable baseball card, but doesn't know it. He takes it to a really slimy character who owns a card shop, and tells him it isn't that valuable, because it's not real! The boy then discovers the card is authentic (real...and old) and the rest of the book is about how he and a select group of friends with unique talents devise a scheme to get the card back! The action is non-stop, and often hilarious! I definately recommend this book for boys and girls alike!

I thought that the book swindle was really exiting ! There was a lot of action for all the characters in the story especially for
Griffen Bing. And I have to say that the book that Gordon Korman wrote was prety amazing.Thats all I can say for such a
great book as this one

I thought this book was great my favorite part was when a man tricked him and took a very rare babe ruth card and sold it for cheep and then Griffen found out that it was rare

This book was read in Mrs. Plants class (one of the 5 grade teachers at Kilmer, and no she's not a real plant)). So I'm in Mrs.Plants class and when we read this book, it was AWESOME!!!! So cool how kids could even do such a cool plan to steal a card, even though Swindle's house was a like a death trap. I recommend everyone to read this book. SO READ AROUND THE DISTRICT!!!!!
